Hampton Inn Boston - Westborough

Bed linens smelly. Needed immediate change.

I liked its lovely modern rooms.

Booked a room with good facilities. All of the staff were helpful.

The room was spotless and fashionable, the bathroom was large. I enjoyed having breakfast at the lobby. The staffs were very informative & efficient. The location was comfortable and ideal and the free parking was on site.

The presence of the barn door in the bathroom was a creative choice that did not work, as it never shut properly. Breakfast was another tragedy. Chicken and sausage should never be combined! I almost thought about leaving a glowing review, but the indifferent service really soured the experience. I expected at least a smile, but alas, nothing.

The room was cozy, but the shower wasn't clean at all.

Convenient location for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. King Room with Roll-In Shower features spacious layout, perfect for mobility access.

The technology needs an upgrade, especially the lack of microwaves in standard rooms. Housekeeping fell short, as I encountered unclean details in the bathroom including long black hairs. The toilet tank refilled constantly, causing annoyances during the night.

I experienced both charm and challenge . The team provided excellent service, particularly from James, who kept the dining area tidy while also ensuring guests were well taken care of. Conveniently located near restaurants, the room was comfortable, yet the breakfast could have been warmer. It's a mixed adventure!

I had a great stay where the room felt fresh and modern, and I appreciated how clean the pool area was as it had a good setup for kids. The breakfast spread was varied, perfect for fueling up before exploring. I was disappointed when the gym equipment could use some updates for better quality. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Family with children need a spot like this

The room was really clean and had a nice feel to it it. We enjoyed the fully stocked breakfast with great options like make your own waffles eggs and fruits, it was a perfect start to our busy days.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was tolerable for what we got.

The bathroom was spacious and had multiple hooks for towels, which I found super convenient. The bed was really comfortable.

The hotel is nestled in a peaceful wooded area, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, fueling our day of exploration. The warm pool was a nice surprise and made for a pleasant dip after a busy day.

The gym equipment could use some updates to improve the workout experience.

One issue was the lack of facial tissue in the room.

The location of the hotel in Westborough is exceptionally nice and ideal, just next door to Westborough and a good restaurant. the rooms are great-sized and updated. the pool is very clean. the staff are efficient.

The modern rooms in this venue are equipped with great amenities set in a new building.

The staff here were super nice and helpful, and they didn't charge extra for wake up calls and ironing services! 😊
